A foreign student must apply for a Student Pass if it has been accepted by an educational institution to pursue full-time studies in Singapore.
Upon receipt of the school’s acceptance letter is valid for two weeks, the applicant shall proceed to the Authority of the Immigration & Checkpoints (ICA) to apply for Student Pass. For applicants who require a visa to enter Singapore, please ensure that your application for the Student Pass is submitted to the ICA at least 2 months and not more than 6 months before the start date course.
